China Entrepreneurs Association in Malaysia (PUCM-PERSATUAN USAHAWAN CHINA DI MALAYSIA) was established in 2015 under the Act of the Malaysian society.

The subject of this association is to promote the common development of Chinese entrepreneurs in Malaysia and to safeguard the legitimate interests of Chinese entrepreneurs in the Malaysia, to promote the mutual connection and exchange between Chinese enterprises, enhance the understanding and communication between Chinese enterprises and the Malaysian business sectors, expand economic and trade cooperation with Malaysia , to strengthen dialogue and exchange with Malaysian government departments, guide and coordinate the lawful operation and fair competition of Chinese enterprises, Coordinate and resolve major business issues, representing members in foreign representations.

PUCM maintains good relations and close ties with the Malaysia and China government , and provides the necessary advice and services to the members of the association and other institutions or persons interested in doing business Malaysia or China.

PUCM currently has over 200 company members. It is one of the most active and locally recognised China association in Malaysia. PUCM members have invested in a variety of business sectors such as information technology, construction, mining, oil & gas, telecommunications, energy, retail, manufacturing, education, healthcare, media and tourism, and have been making a significant contribution to Malaysia’s economic development.

PUCM has been actively promoting Chinese companies and communicating with the local community through such creative methods as holding trade exhibition, shooting Chinese New Year and Hari Raya video clips, holding seminars and forums, interacting with the Bumiputera community and holding charity events. PUCM also interacts regularly with local and international medias.

PUCM held Malaysia’s 1st China Smart Technology Trade Exhibition ( SCITE) on 14th to 15th December 2019 in Mid Valley Exhibition Center Kuala Lumpur companies and presented AI and Smart technology products from China , such as smart city concept , various Robot applications , drone presentations and other smart products.

PUCM set up its Pahang Chapter officiated by YB Dato’ Saifuddin Abdullah , Minister of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia on 18th July 2020 in Kuantan.

PUCM set up AI & IT chapter on 26th August 2020 in Kuala Lumpur to bring in more China AI & technology enhancing bilateral corporation in the fields of technology.

On September 6 , 2022, PUCM sucessfully held the 2022 China Smart Industry Trade Exhibition and Forum in Malaysia. Dato' Sri Saifuddin bin AbdullahMinister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, H.E. Ouyang yujing, Chinese Ambassdor to Malaysia jointly officated the openning ceremony.

On September 13 , 2022, Dato' Sri Ismail Sabri bin Yaakob, Prime Minister of Malaysia granted audience to PUCM president Dato' Keith li and congratulated PUCM's successful organising the 2022 China Smart Industry Trade Exhibition and Forum in Malaysia.

PUCM President Dato’ Keith Li was specially invited to follow Prime Minister Datuk Sri Anwar's visit to China from March 29 to April 1, 2023 and attended the 2023 Malaysia-China Business Forum and the Malaysian Prime Minister and Chinese Muslims and business leaders’ breaking fast dinner in Beijing .

On April 12, 2023, PUCM president Datuk Keith Li was invite to the breaking fast dinner hosted by Prime Minister Datuk Sri Anwar with Malaysian media practitioners and local entertainers at the World Trade Center (WTC) in Kuala Lumpurd and presented the Prime Minister with a special edition of the Malaysia-China Insight newspaper for his visit to China.

PUCM成立宗旨及重要活动：

马来西亚中国企业家联合会PUCM成立于2015年，是在马来西亚政府社团法令下合法成立的中国企业家联合会。

本协会成立目的旨在促进在马来西亚中国企业家的共同发展，并维护中国企业家在马的合法利益。其宗旨是推动中国企业之间相互联系和交流；增进中国企业和马来西亚工商界的了解和沟通；扩大与马来西亚的经贸合作和加强和马来西亚政府部门的对话和交流，指导和协调中国企业合法经营、公平竞争，协调解决重大经营问题，代表会员对外交涉。

马来西亚中国企业家联合会和中马两国政府、社团组织保持良好关系和密切的联系，为联合会成员及其他有意来马或赴华开展业务的机构和人士提供必要的咨询和服务。

本会的中文正式名称为“马来西亚-中国企业家联合会”，马来文名称为 [PERSATUAN USAHAWAN CHINA DI

MALAYSIA]，英文名称为 [CHINA ENTREPRENEURS ASSOCIATION IN MALAYSIA]。

马来西亚-中国企业家联合会（PUCM）目前拥有170多家会员企业，是大马最具活力、最接地气的中国商会之一。商会会员投资在多个领域如信息科技、建筑、矿业、石油、天然气、电讯、能源、零售、制造、教育、医疗、传媒、旅游业等行业，并在大马创造了大量的就业机会。

PUCM通过拍摄华人新春贺岁片、开斋节短片、举办讲座论坛、美丽中国系列宣传活动、走入马来社区交流与慈善等多种灵活方式宣介中国企业、促进马中友好及与当地社区交流，获得当地社会及主流媒体的大力肯定与报道。

2019年2月20日，PUCM在吉隆坡君悦酒店举办马中建交45周年盛大晚宴，马来西亚副首相旺阿兹莎、原产业部部长郭素沁、中国驻马大使白天及500多位马中政商嘉宾出席，创下中资团体在马活动的最高级别。

2019年12月14-15日在吉隆坡谷中城展览中心成功举办为期2天的大马首届“中国智能科技展览会”。来自中国、新加坡和马来西亚的数十家公司向大马民众公开展示来自中国的智能科技、智慧城市、各类机器人应用、无人机展示及各种智能产品。

PUCM于2020年7月18日在关丹成立彭亨州分会，由马来西亚通讯及多媒体部部长拿督赛夫丁主持成立典礼。

PUCM于2020年8月26日成立智能科技分会，旨在引进更多中国智能科技企业来马投资，促进马中两国智能科技领域的合作。

2022年9月6日，马来西亚中国企业家联合会成功举办2022中国智能科技论坛及展会在马来西亚首都吉隆坡开幕，马来西亚外长赛夫丁、中国驻马来西亚大使欧阳玉靖出席展会开幕式并致辞。活动吸引近100家中马两国科技企业围绕数字经济、智慧金融、智慧城市、智能安防等领域作主题分享并展示高端产品和技术，还有多家中马机构在会上达成合作协议。

2022年9月13日，马来西亚首相沙比里亲切接见PUCM总会长拿督李中平，首相对PUCM成功举办2022中国智能科技论坛及展会给予肯定与祝贺，希望PUCM在促进马中友好关系方面发挥更大作用。

马来西亚新任首相安华于2023年3月29日至4月1日成功访华，马来西亚中国企业家联合会（PUCM）总会长拿督李中平也荣幸受邀出席2023马中商业论坛和马来西亚首相与中国穆斯林及商务代表团斋戒月晚宴等活动，并与首相安华及随访的6位部长亲切互动交流。

2023年4月12日，马来西亚中国企业家联合会总会长拿督李中平受邀出席马来西亚首相拿督斯里安华在吉隆坡世界贸易中心（WTC）举办的开斋晚宴并向首相赠送访华特刊报纸及一起交流。

2023年5月29日，马来西亚中国企业家联合会承办了疫情后在马举办的最大规模马中经贸交流活动，欧阳玉靖大使及马中两国政商嘉宾共500多人出席盛会。
